Tango

I am interested in UNESCO Human World Cultural Heritages due to the hybrid cultures are also a key part to understand the contemporary human being. As J. Huizinga said: humans have the need to perform games because they help us to break with routine and connect with ourselves. So, in order to understand them, I decided to experience Samba in Rio de Janeiro and Tango at the River Plate region. I self-published a book on each of these. I strongly believe that artists are like adventurers whose need is to know how to use communication tools in order to draw a path and help society to build a better “map” of what it means to be humans. This project has been done in collaboration with my brother and photographer, Esteban Balzi.
