1. Guarantee of Authenticity

Each art piece purchased at Letiziabalzi.com is delivered with the corresponding Authenticity Certificate signed by the artist. You can be assured that the authenticity of any artwork purchased on Letiziabalzi.com is guaranteed by the artista Letizia Balzi. If you have any questions regarding the authenticity of any piece before you make a purchase, contact us at info@letiziabalzi.com, we will be glad to assist you.

2. Refund policy

A 7-day return policy makes your purchase at Letiziabalzi.com completely risk free. If for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (minus cost of one-way shipping) or an exchange, by notifying us within seven days of your receipt of the artwork. Returns must be suitably insured. Please let us know if you would like to return the artwork by e-mail at info@letiziabalzi.com. Our Customer Care representative will guide you through the process. If you want to cancel or change an order, e-mail us at info@letiziabalzi.com. If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return it to us. In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, e-mail us at info@letiziabalzi.com. Our Customer Care representative will guide you through your options. These will include replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund. The actual artwork colours may not match the colours on your screen depending on monitor configuration. The price may not include framing. This can be confirmed with us.Availability. Taxes Purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and local taxes required. We do not guarantee that the art on our site will always be available, nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error free service. So we will email you to confirmate that your selected art work is available to avoid any pay pal system error although this is very unlikely to happen.

3. Secured Transaction & Privacy Protection

When you make an online purchase, Letiziabalzi.com uses an encrypted communication channel, PayPal which is a secured link between your browser and our website to encrypt and protect your information. Hence, your personal information, including your name, credit card number and address, cannot be read when it travels across the Internet. Also, Paypal technology shields our database from unauthorized access by outside parties. Any information that we may collect from you during your purchase, i.e. your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card data, to allow us to complete your order, is protected. We do not rent, trade, or sell your personal information so it never leaves our databases without your permission. Cards accepted by Paypal include Visa, Mastercard, Discover Novus, Amex, Switch, Solo and many other non-standard card types. Security for your payment, and security of your payment details is Paypal Inc's responsibility, subjet to Paypal’s privacy statement and terms. Please note that Letiziabalzi.com is at no time made aware of your card details, and as such is unable to make charges to your card.  

4. Shipping costs

Shipment runs at buyer cost and can vary according to art work´s size and weight. Art Works at Letiziabalzi.com already have their shipment costs included. The cheapest art works are the graphics ones, however a big painting  can dress up an entire room in a unique way. If you live in Buenos Aires city, shipment cost is free and will be delivered ready to hang it to a wall with the correspondent canvas. Note that graphic art works are not framed. Shipment costs have been put by Correo Argentino international standards and include hand to hand delivery and Ministry of Culture customs permissions papers. 5. Pricing integrity & Best Price Assurance

All Letizia Balzi artworks are appropriately priced by experts, in conjunction with the artist and Gallery and Dealer Partners. We also try to ensure the lowest possible prices on our art since we are not required to add art fair expenses, shipping, catalog and gallery exhibition costs.
